Yes, delicious. I've had several types. One, where you mince the cabbage, and mix with minced beef, minced pork or minced lamb as a binder, you usually have to add egg white as well.
Another is where you forgo the meat, and you just use egg white and lentals or beans.
The third type didn't use egg white, but had some other binder, but I don't know what it was.
All three types had lots of spices and herbs in them. And they were delicious.

If you are talking about hamburger and cabbage mixed together and baked in bread its called a Runza. And yes I have eaten them.

A boyfriend of mine, from way back, had a grandma who made Krautburgers. They were burgers stuffed with seasoned cabbage/sauerkraut. They were different(!).

If the burger is inside of cabbage, then yes. If the burger is made of cabbage, then no.
