I need to make some jell-o. And the instructions say "refrigerate 3 hours until firm". Now I'm not a native speaker so, does that mean I should put it in the freezer (the place where I store ice cream, frozen food etc.) or in the fridge (the place where ordinary things like youghurt, cheese, milk etc. are stored).

I bought a bottle of Penguin Merlot - the bigger bottle. My boyfriend and I drank almost the whole bottle (we love wine) and didn't feel a thing. I mean we weren't trying to get wasted but usually, when I drink red wine I get a little flushed and tipsy. It was 11% alcohol. It was the weirdest thing ever. Maybe it was defected? Has this happened to you?

It's my boyfriends 23rd birthday this week and I would like to make him a nice dinner.

He LOVES meat, potatoes, cheese & rice, but is really picky with everything else.

Please NO peppers, onions, tomatoes, or weird sauces.

Does anyone have any RECIPES? I'm a good cook so complex recipes are fine with me!
