its a fluffy really sweet dessert that we used to have for special holidays, made in different colors.....green and red for christmas and pastel colors for easter.

Inlaws coming to dinner--I need a NEW recipe!?

They're coming tomorrow. I'm a decent cook, but I've already made all of my "standards" for them at least once or twice. Can you help? Please give me something you yourself have tried and liked, not a link. They're not vegetarian, allergic to anything, etc.

I would ESPECIALLY like something that doesn't involve a whole lot of last-minute prep work. Thanks a million.

How do you make yogurt?

When I try, I add 2 tablespoons to a pint of cows milk that's been taken to 80 degrees c and cooled down to under 30. After a couple of days its like white lumps in an almost clear liquid .. what is that about?

What can I make for dinner with prawns, melon, yoghurt, chillies and goats cheese?

I want to make a good dinner for my boyfriend and have the main course sorted (pork) but wanted to do something exciting with prawns for the starter and think that a prawn and melon salad would be boring without a dressing (which I don't have and don't have time to buy between now and tonight!). All ideas welcome!

As a vegetarian or whatever, do you still wear leather?

I do, but I see leather as a by-product of animal slaughter. I mean, nobody kills cows for their leather, right? They kill 'em for food, and the leather is either wasted or turned in to jackets. What do you think?
