a bar of butter (250 gm)
a cup of castor sugar
- mix the above & beat until fine

3 whole eggs
- add one by one into the mixture & beat until fine, add in a tea spoon of essence vanilla

a cup of evaporated milk
- pour into the mixture, stir nicely

2 cup of self-raised flour - sifted with a pinch of salt
- add to the mixture little by little while stiring it

Bake the cake at 170 degree C for 45 minutes or until done

NOTE:
- you may substitute the butter with a cup of margerine
- I prefer using the creamer (thick milk) instead of evaporated milk, the cake smell tastier
- always beat/stir the mixture one way forward - not back & forth
- you can squeez in an orange for the taste

GOOD LUCK :-)
