I don't find Germans to be fat but spoilt rich kids who sit around playing video games all day.

I don't know of a site. BUT German kids are fat for the same reason American and British and all European kids are fat.
Working mothers and no home cooked meals is the real reason.
Add to that the following:-
Crisps
Burgers and fries
chocolate
fizzy drinks
sitting about in front of the TV
sitting at the computer

The Americanization of other countries is why Germany is getting fat. All of our fast food companies are going overseas. And these Germans like it.
