Soft shell, heat it in a flat pan with just a touch of oil so it is crispy, pile shredded seasoned chicken, lettuce, a bit of tomato, lots of cheese, some black olives, sour cream and some sauce. Yum.

ok, brown 1 lb ground meat along with 1 pk. ol el taco seasoning, 1 can refried beans, cover and simmer. in seprate bowls ....always fresh..shredded sharp cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream.
Heat shells(ol elpaso) then each person can layer meat first, tomato, lettuce, cheese, sour crm. mmmmmmmmmmnnnn

Well first you have to have a thick, bready, soft taco shell, then pile on tons of meat. Add shredded extra sharp chedder. Then top it off with taco sause. plain and simple yet brilliant
