I work in a Chinese restaurant and yet, we don't serve that. It is good if it is not drowning in sauce with a lot of oil. My boss got upset at me yesterday for wearing latex gloves to retrieve plates when the people who come in were born in a pig's sty and throw their dirty, handheld bones onto the table, blow their noses and throw the snotty napkin into the plate and get crumbs and sauce on everything. One couple even left a dirty used diaper on the table after leaving.
I have worked in a Thai restaurant, two diners and on another buffet as a waitress. I also worked fast food as a teenager and in a donut shop, as a banquet server and as a busser.
This is the only place I have ever worked where the people come in three times a week but complain about the food everytime and the people eat like wild dogs out of a slop bucket in a back alley. I will continue to wear gloves or else, I will go to the pancake house, the fish and chips shop or the pizzeria in the plaza, all right beside my present place of work.

My wife tells me its Chinese night tonight!
I love the shrimp fried rice as well.
Sometimes, they make it too bland, or sometimes the shrimp are too small.
I like it best when its not too dry, they add in nice veggies, add good sized shrimp, then its my favorite!
We will getting some tonight!

I only like it if it is made at a good Chinese joint. Can't make it like that at home. It takes too long. You have to cook the rice the day before you fry it and let it cool and get lumpy.

Love it!! At the chinese resturant here they also have fried noodles (just like fried rice but instead of rice they use angel hair pasta) YUMMY!!!

yea! i love it! I love any fried rice really....maybe because my best friend is taiwanese and she hooks me up with a lot of stuff when i spend the night at her house...But anyway! I LOVE FRIED RICE!
