Food & Drink - 22 September 2006

I'd Like to know what all the Vegtarians and Vegans eat in a day. Give me a breakdown of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Just one day would be fine. I really want to minimize the clutter on this topic so any Omnis making stupid comments will be reported.

When I cook meat, how long can I keep it out of the fridge (covered) until it starts to get bacteria? Someone told me 3 hours, but what if you need to take lunch to work and there are no fridge???

If you could have your favourite dessert, what would be your guilty pleasure? Imagine no health risks, no weight gain, just complete satisified indulgence. I checked in pharmacies and mostly they don't seem to have anything labeled vegan or even vegetarian.
In fact some even have food coloring, artificial flavor, or sugar, in addition to animal. Multivitamins are supposed to be good for you.

This is going to sound stupid, but i'm a little frightened to start drinking because I really, REALLY don't like feeling like i can't control my body. I'm a small woman so I know it will affect me stronger than it would to most people. What does it feel like? Will it help me relax?
