Well lets see. First of all i hope you are on cholesterol medication because those 2 eggs just blew 220 percent of your daily allowance of cholesterol. Next that bacon, nothing but fat if you would have had some whole wheat toast you would have been fairly safe especially if you put smart balance butter on it (no cholesterol). The orange juice that is up for debate. What kind was it? Frozen fresh?

I imagine it looks pretty on the plate especially if they are sunny-side up eggs but there is absolutely nothing healthy about any of that. Next time try Oatmeal.

Sounds delicous, substitue the bacon for turkey/ beef bacon and I"ll eat that!
