I just got a new glass bowl. On the handle part of it it's got a white smoky design and then on the head it has read and blue swirls. What should I name it? How about 'Mario'?

I feel soooo dumb! I bought the whipping cream for my cheese cake, and I read the recipe, which called for it. However, when I made the cheesecake I completely spaced it off. Does anyone know what this will do to the texture of the cheesecake? It's cooling in the closed oven right now.

Say if I bought a cake and added icing and candy peices on top but didn't serve it until FOUR days later, will it still be good or will it like be hard and the icing crack?
Can people still eat it?
What's the best way to make it look good (preserve) even though it was made 4 days earlier? (like fridge or counter top?)
What's the best kind of cake for that? (if there is one)

i know this question is weird.. but i have to know =/

It amazes me how many people think that everyone must tip 15% no matter how poor the service. This only promotes poor service and rude manners for the next customer to suffer through.
I say good tips are for good servers, and let the lazy or bad servers suffer the consequences.
Example; how do you tip a waitress who serves the wrong plate, does not bring your drink and then charges you for you it after you mention the errors, all the while she does not stop by often to politely ask how she may better serve your guests, and gives attitude when you ask for assistance?

Please understand that I'm as cheap as they come. My friends and I have already started talking about actually making our own wine for this. There will only be about 4-10 people present, and we would prefer to spend nothing. I will be spending nearly all my money actually getting there via plane, and if you have any ideas on cheap snacks and/or alcohol (we'd really prefer to not mess with balloon wine again!) we could really use your help!
