There are more vitamins in the orange flesh than in the peel. The pulp = flesh, so it has more than the peel.

But don't just discard the skin! It has great flavor when zested and added to marinades, salad dressings, beverages, or fruit salad!

more vitamins in the orange because that's where it's juice that has a lot of vitamins like vit. c is. there's not a lot of good stuff in the peel pup. just it's natural orange oil which is on our furniture polishers and stuff.
