heavy whipping cream adds fluff to things.. it will turn out really dense and flat.. and it will maybe affect the flavor a little bit..

I don't beleive it will be runny, I beleive it will be super firm, as the whip cream, though heavy is a liquid, so all you put in was cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs right? Wasnt that hard to spread into the springform pan? Might be the best cheesecake you've ever tasted, who knows. Obviously too late to do anything about it. I bet if you serve it with fresh berries and whipped cream (which you definetly have plenty of) lol I think it will be great.

In North America, whipping cream at 35% butterfat is as heavy as you can find in a grocery store. I think the recipe will still turn out but whipped cream would be less cream per volume.

It may be a bit drier than it should; the cream would keep it moist due to the high fat conent. But I"m sure your cake will stll be edible!

I don't think that it will set properly and may be runny and more of a pudding consistency.
