Toffee ice cream with real toffee candy pieces. put those two together and VOILA! you've got butter brickle ice cream.

I remember my dad taking us to the Old Mill ice cream shop and getting us an ice cream cone on Saturday night. Butter Brickle was the absolute best. It was fun because the dippers were square and the ice cream had little crunchies in it. In the 70's there was even a cake mix for Butter Brickle cake. Yummy. Can't have cake or ice cream any more :(

Toffee flavoring along with tiny pieces of toffee candy. It was one of my favorites as a child.

Probably Bits'O'Brickle Candy pieces and a great hint..... use Vanilla-Butter-Nut Flavoring..... IT IS MY FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!
