What is the best way to cook a Salmon fillet ?

I always end up with slimy grey meat on the skin side.

have any of you tried the new Nabisco pita thins toasted chips?i just got the roasted garlic ones they are great and they have 70% less fat than regular potato chips.go get yourslef some they really are wonderful

i was in france to visit my friend and she had told me that france doesnt sell baked beans, but they do have heinz for other things, they also dnt have brown bread. i thought it strange she did say however, that if french ppl knew abt beans they wud love them.
