Imitation meat, isn't meat....that so would still be allowed. It isn't derived from any sort of animal product. But for the sake of your question, I will go along with it.
I actually wouldn't mind too much. I don't eat meat too much. Occasionally I will eat tuna or beef jerky. But that's about it. We would be able to survive because we are not carnivores; we are omnivores. So, we can easily adapt evolutionarily and start to eat more legumes, grains, and vegetables. In my opinion, we would be a more healthy species.

I'd hardly notice! Except that now I wouldn't have to avoid walking through the back part of the supermarket. If everybody stopped eating meat, a lot of doctors might have to find new jobs, but I'm sure they'd find something to do. I'd do just fine with legumes such as black beans, chick peas and peanuts, plus grains, fruits and veggies. If there were still milk, that would be a plus, but I can get along without it just fine.
How can we make it happen!?

I am vegetarian so I would do what I do now. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. I would eat vegetables fixed many different ways, such as in stir fry with rice, grilled, vegetable casseroles, and many vegetables make great sandwiches without meat. You can stew, bake, grill, boil, broil, and fry vegetables like you do meat and they taste great. The same can be done to many fruits. Then we have all those grains to make bread, cakes, and pies.

I would really hope we got more rain than this year so I could grow something. If I had to kill my own meat to eat I wouldnt eat it. I would just eat veggies and berries. I think we would survive. The thing I would miss the most would be the dairy products.

I'd be quite put out. I eat lots of Tuna and Chicken as part of a high protein diet. It would be difficult to eat a high protein diet though meat.
I wouldn't starve or anything.

I would survive just fine without meat. Don't get me wrong, I would miss it but eventually get used to it just like anything else.

I'm vegetarian, so it wouldn't affect me. If I wanted gluten I could make it. I'd be fine. I think you'd have a problem, but me? I'd be fine. Actually, we'd all be a lot healthier.
