SHARK RIBS OF BEEF
3 lbs. lean shark ribs or stew beef cubes
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
Put meat on large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle ingredients over meat, add water. Seal foil tightly, bake in slow oven at 350 degrees for three hours. Serves 4 to 6 people. Delicious and tender.

Grilled Shark To Die For
Ingredients & Directions
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Catsup
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
2 tb Lemon juice
1/3 tb Ground pepper
2 x Cloves garlic, minced
6 x Shark steaks, or
6 x Swordfish or salmon steaks
Combine soy sauce, orange juice, catsup, chopped parsley, lemon juice, pepper, and minced garlic. Add fish; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill fish over hot coals 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with marinade.

GRILLED SHARK MEXICANA
1 1/2 lb Shark steaks
-or other firm-fleshed fish
1/3 c Lime juice
3 Cloves garlic; pressed
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Beer
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 ts Cumin
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Salt
Pepper to taste
Salsa (see below)
1 Ripe avocado;cut into slices
-----------------------------------SALSA-----------------------------------
2 md Tomatoes; peeled, seeded
-and coarsely chopped
1/4 c Chopped red onion
3 tb Diced green chilies
2 ds Liquid hot pepper sauce
-to 3 dashes
Salt to taste
Rinse shark with cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except Salsa and avocado; pour over shark.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once. While shark is marinating, make Salsa.
Drain shark, reserving marinade. Place on well-greased grate 4-5 inches from hot coals. Cook 4-5 minutes; baste with marinade and turn. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes, or until shark
flakes when tested with a fork. Top with avocado slices and Salsa.

Shark is really high in mercury.... just a warning. It does taste good though; sorry I don't have any recipes.

a web site for sea foods . some stores carry shark meat , you have to look your self. you could ask someone that serves it at a restaurant.

My grocery store carries it occasionally, I justtoss it on the grill and add lots of butter. Actually that is how I do all fish .
