Heating up a prepackage Quiche?

My husband is our cook becuase he comes from a family of bakers and an Itallian mom. He left his cell phone here and I can't call him to ask how to heat the quiche he bought from the store.
I'm thinking 350 for 30 minutes???? Please help, I'm hungry. :)

Can you eat Figs raw?

Our company has a vendor that drops off in season organic fruit weekly. This week, we have some green figs. I've never eaten a raw fig. Do you eat the skin too? Is there a pitt or seeds in the middle.

Stupid question I know, but I've never eaten raw figs and I figure it would be good to know how before I start.

Is having a drink (being a shot with diet coke or on the rocks) every night bad for you?

What about two?

Sometimes afterwork, there's nothing like a rum and coke to relax you. I am just worried about the side effects this might have.
