There are 2 places that I know of that are BYOB type lounges.
One is in Aliso Viejo: Ciagr Oasis
This is right in the Aliso Viejo shopping center by Panda Xpress and the Movie Theatre
The other is in Laguna Beach, cant think of the name.
But it's right in the heart of Laguna Beach off a side street.
