any classically homemade italian buttercream - rich buttery taste, silky smooth texture, very stable, no artificial ingredients or preservatives and relatively easy to make.
I'm sure you can find recipes on foodtv.com, just make sure the recipe specifically states Italian buttercream.
You will need a mixer and a thermometer that goes to at least 250 degrees F.
