RE:
Can you eat Figs raw?
Our company has a vendor that drops off in season organic fruit weekly. This week, we have some green figs. I've never eaten a raw fig. Do you eat the skin too? Is there a pitt or seeds in the middle.
Stupid question I know, but I've never eaten raw figs and I figure it would be...

Figs do not have pits or stones. They have tiny little seeds that you can eat and will probably not even notice. Some people like to peel a little of the skin off starting at the stem end pulling toward the large end but only if the skin is a little thick around the stem.
The taste is delicately sweet and goes well with cheese.

Fresh figs are delicious, and can be eaten whole. In Italian cuisine, they are often served with fresh mascarpone cheese.

You do not need to peel them, and there will be seeds in the middle.

Yes you just eat the fleshy part, not the stone or skin.
Its perfectly safe and nice to eat.

you sure can eat them raw. They taste better if you don't eat the skins though.
