Drinks that are labelled "Non-alcoholic" are for special occasions where you want to serve alcohol, but can't. Like a wedding, where children are present. You can serve a wine-like grape juice, and everybody can have it. There are questions about them because it's true that ANY drink that doesn't have alcohol is technically non-alcoholic. The "Non-alcoholic" labelled drinks are imitations of alcoholic drinks. Thus the confusion.

Um... drinks that do not contain alcohol, such as Coke, Fanta Orange, Ice Tea, etc.

Many paople ask questions looking for recipes for punch for showers, if you like Coke or Pepsi better, do they still make Grape Nehi and where can they get it, why does my milk spoil so fast, how to brew a pot of tea... stuff like that.

Some people are allergic to alcohol. Some abstain for religious reasons. Others are not allowed because of medication or illness. I have also known people who are recovering from alcoholism or have a bad reaction to alcohol. It could also be because of a diet.
