Heating up a prepackage Quiche?

My husband is our cook becuase he comes from a family of bakers and an Itallian mom. He left his cell phone here and I can't call him to ask how to heat the quiche he bought from the store.
I'm thinking 350 for 30 minutes???? Please help, I'm hungry. :)

if you can't heat up a prepackaged quiche you are doomed!
please learn how to cook for the sake of humanity!

heat it up in the microwave in 30 second incriments and just keep checking untilits hot .
