what dishes should i make with it? dont say steam it and butter i know that. but i was thinking of an angel hair pasta with sauteed mushrooms and peas in a white wine and some chipotle puree mixed in with the alfredo to give it a kick. any other good ideas or additions to what i mentioned?

Saute' 1 clove of minced garlic in 1/2 cup butter. Blend in 6-8 oz. of the crab meat, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Cook and stir it until it's nice and heated. Add to 12 oz. fettuccine cooked and drained noodles. Add salt to taste, throw a little garnish on there and call it good! That's my favorite anyway...

That was exactly what I was thinking. Sounds really good. You could make a bruschetta from it with cream cheese, shrooms, cheedar cheese on a french loaf. Top it off with green onion and tomato.
