The local food store is about 40-50 mins from my place,i got some food from the grocery store buffet,some baked chicken,just plain with the skin and bones,not deep fried or anything and some cooked veggies.I had unavoidable delays and didnt get home until 2 hours later is the food still relatively safe to eat if i have it now????

bjs or costco in hawaii?

i know in hawaii there isn't any bjs wholesale clubs, but is there another place like bj's and costco that sell products in big packs rather than in single items? i do not know what island in hawaii. also my mom can't shop in costco so not costco either

How to keep the english muffins crisp when making Eggs Benedict?

The muffins get soft and rubbery after I toast them and add the hollandaise sauce. I have tried buttering them, NOT buttering them, adding a smear of hollandaise rather than butter...grr! Any suggestions are appreciated!
