Passport (not expired)
License or State ID
Active Military ID

Now if there is somebody stupid enough not to know the law or even risk it... Well what can I say...

I would say no, even though it may be state issued and have a pic and a dob, most state laws require a specific type of ID. In Michigan I know that the only ones acceptable are Drivers License, State Id card, Military ID. or Pass Port , which is What i have found to be true in most states.

Any state issued ID, whether a driver's license or an identity card.

The organ donor card will be up to the guy behind the counter

Depends on the state as to what is valid. I doubt a donor card would work too many places.
