Can anyone tell me what is the best way to get up in the morning and not have that sleepy feeling dragging on in the morning. I have to admit there are nights that I do go to bed late, but even on nights when I get a good 8 hours of sleep, I wake up still tired and find it difficult to drive to work. I don't drink coffee because I haven't found one out there that taste appealing. What would yall recommend that would not comprismise my health but still get me going in the morning. It is 11:28 at night right now and I have to be up at 5:30. I am a college student so there are many nights that I am staying up late studying. Please help me.

Everytime I eat a fresh pineapple I get this bad allergic reaction to it. It stinks in my mouth and throat and gives me some type of rash inside my mouth. I love pineapple, but this makes it really hard for me to eat it. Is there anything I can do to neutralize it or something like that? Does anyone else have the same problem with eating pineapples? tks

recently i noticed that all my favorite drinks such as soft drinks, and even tea which is not a soft drink, all have caffeine in them.
Also, everyones favorite food (chocolate of course) also has caffeine
I used to hate tea until i started drinking it, but the fact that i love it so much now makes me wonder just how addictive caffeine really is?
Is it possible there may one day be an age limit (as their is on alcohol) on caffenated drinks like pepsi with americans gaining weight the way they are????

My favorite wine is Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. I want to branch out from Napa Valley Cabs and experience some good Sonoma Cabs. So that you understand my taste, the following are my favorite Napa Valley Cabs under $30 a bottle: Clos Du Val, Charles Krug, Markham, and Napa Cellars. The one Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon that I tried and liked was an ’02 St. Francis. That bottle motivated me to taste other Sonoma Cabs.

My mostly gringo self and many amigos all eat lunch togather. I asked them why they eat hot sauce on everything. The answer I got was that I was a tomato and they are chilis.. I told them I dont put katsup on my cheerios! we all get along very well and eat off the mexican lunch truck every day. I love the taste of the roasted green chilis. My grand father would not eat a meal without his peppers. I was wondering about any historic reasons for the hot sauce fetich. is it a habit? was that the only available spice?

It's a family inclusive shower--- women, men, and kids will be there and I'm only looking to spend about $10 on this prize. I already have a bunch of smaller prizes for other games, but I want something a little more special for the costume contest. Also, it has to be something that would be appropriate for anyone coming to win. I appreciate all ideas!
