tasty and healthy. Something that will give them energy and not sluggish. We also play when it is cool not too hot, therefore warm things would be fine. Some examples that I am looking for are like the mud & dirt cups that are pudding and crushed oreos. They are high school kids but I still want the creative kids snacks. So any websites or ideas would be great!

Oh and I have already been to kraftfoods.com so please don't give me any of those! Thanks most ideas gets 10 points!!!!!!!!!

What does Starbucks offer as far as lowfat/lowsugar coffee drinks? And whats the correct way to order it so that the Starbucks employee understands and doesnt get peeved?

I basically want something strong and fatfree but I dont want it so bland I would like it somewhat sweet. like soy or something?

I hate the pickle! I do not want a pickle or its nasty pickle juices on my food! If I wanted a free pickle I would ask for it or buy it if it was not free. is there any way that you can slow the effects that the tremendous amount of sugar is about to take hold on your body? Like, can you even the sugar-dosage out? (perhaps by drinking lots of water?)

every recipe I see for chicken with bread crumbs is baked. so would it turn out good if I fried it? And if so, how could I do it? and are there any good recipies for that? I am hosting a December shower fo rmy sister in law to be. SHe has lived with my brother for 10years and they have a 5yr old.
