I heard that drinking worm milk at the bed time helps to sleep?
Is that true!!!

WARM milk does help you sleep. I forget which chemical,(not magnesium) is in it, but it does help relax you. But just chugging it defeats the purpose to some degree. Sit down and sip it slowly.

I never knew you could milk a worm. Is it a special type of worm? I don't think I would drink it to help me sleep. I may try it someday, I'll stick to sex to get my ZZZZ's for now.

yes warm milk does help you sleep. Milk has magnesium in it and magnesium is excellent for helping you relax and the warmth of it makes you feel good.
