every recipe I see for chicken with bread crumbs is baked. so would it turn out good if I fried it? And if so, how could I do it? and are there any good recipies for that? I have mushrooms, garlic, parmesan cheese, rice, speghetti, and all kinds of seasoning. Not much else. except for the usuals, eggs, butter, milk, ect.

yes but you will need something to make the breadcrumbs stick (oil, egg yolk)

Put your seasonings, like salt and pepper and paprika, in with the bread crumbs. You could probably throw the Parmesan cheese in there, too. It will be very crispy. Dip the chicken in some eggs and milk and roll it in the bread crumb mixture. The oil should be real hot and come up to cover half of the chicken piece. Be careful. When that side is done, turn it over. Messy, but so good.

Yes you can. Mix together in A large bowl 2 cups milk, and 3 eggs, mix well . in another bowl put 1 1/2 cups flour, season with salt pepper, garlic powder, season the way you like. In last bowl add the bread crumbs. heat your skillet with a 1/3 cup of cooking oil, heat till it gets hot on medium high heat. Take your chicken and dip in milk and egg mixture then dip in flour, shake excess flourn then dip again in milk and egg mixture, then dip in the bread crumb mixture( season the bread brumbs with salt and pepper. Place chicken in skillet when it's hot, let cook till golden brown then turn and cook till golden brown on the other side. Enjoy!!!!

Yes you can: dip in egg and then in bread crumbs, then fry in not to hot oil, very easy to do. Enjoy.

dip the chicken in flour, then sprinkle of seasoning salt. then dip in whipped eggs, then bread crumbs and fry it in a little vegie oil. that's my favorite... enjoy
