I ask this because each time someone asks what the best beer in the world is, most people reply Budweiser, Corona, Stella, or some other low end beer. I have to wonder how many of you buy only whatever's on sale at the supermarket.

BTW, I can honestly say I've tried well over 500 different brands of beer. I brew my own beer and write about for a beer newspaper.

I have heard of a few people that mixing water instead of softdrink/juice etc with alcohol such as voldka is alot healthier for you and wont bloat you as much. I believe this but wouldnt mixing it with plain water or tonic water be absolutely discusting to drink??...it seems like it would taste awful! does it? (i dont even like tonic water by itself!)

I tried it but it wasn't very tasty so I think from now on I will pass even though it makes me feel like I am a big fat lazy American waster who just wastes stuff.

Can I do something with the sticks besides eat them??? What do YOU do?

I know it sounds silly, but when it comes to food, my food 'lexicon' isn't the largest in the world, due to I grow up not liking to eat different kinds of food, mainly vegetables, beans, etc.

I was wondering if there was a way I could try to get myself into liking these foods OTHER THAN eating them more often?

I found this recipe: http://www.the-gi-diet.org/recipes/chicken_chickpea_casserole/

and I would like to make it, but it doesn't give enough info. Please look at the recipe and tell me whether I should use the liquid from the canned ingredients or not. It doesn't say whether or not to use it!
