I want to make a mousse like dessert, melting chips & spreading over graham cracker crust.

i would say no but you can use carob in place of chocolate. You can find carob at health food stores and is a little less sweet, but just as good.

I would use the bark in place of chocolate the almonds will give your dessert a nice kick.

I would think it would be all right, but it would most likely depend on the recipe. Not enough info was given to really be sure.

Nope.... Bark hardens up and makes a coating. it is a fake chocolate tasting coating.... It will not make it taste good...
