I once lost 65 pounds when I was younger and cared about such things. I did the starve and exercise plan. It still took me a year and almost permanently ruined my health.

What works for one person won't be effective for the next person at all. So you have to figure out what works specifically for you.
I try to eat healthy and walk about 2 miles a day. I haven't seen any results whatsoever but I've tried everything else short of lipo which is out of my budget so it works for the time being.

It is important to eat breakfast everyday, have your largest meal at lunch and I eat a big salad every night for dinner. It is not fast but it works. I have lost 60lbs over the past 2 years in this way.

1.walk up on mountains n hills n eat only fruits and bread ...but dun forget to bring ur mobile phone , u need help when u a 2 hungry...
2.join the army n u will become so fit n healthy ( if u a not able to join the army ... then u can only train urself like in army life......LOL...)

pull your feet from under the table, or if you cant help eating, eat an all meat diet, eat an all vegetearian diet, high fiber low callorie food, and lots of water on any diet
