Oh yes you can, place 2 eggs per person into a non metallic bowl so plastic or glass, add salt and petter a bit of milk about the same amount as you would use for a cup of tea. Place in microwave for 21/2 minutes then stir adding a knob of butter at the same time and place back in for 2 minutes then they will be cooked. Enjoy. :)

Of course you can!
Prepare your eggs as you would if you are using a frying pan and, in a microwave safe dish, cook the eggs for 1 minute per egg. Stir half way into the cooking time and continue cooking until your eggs reach the desired consistency.

Oh yes...and they are good and souffle like.
Spray a concave shaped dish with Pam or something similar.
Use 1 or 2 eggs with just a tiny amt of milk.
Salf, pepper
I throw in ham pcs., brocolli pcs., asparagus pcs, and cheese.
Cook 2 1/2 minutes. It will puff up.
Take out and fold over and place in back in the microwave for one more minute and PRESTO.
PS: Works great with Better n' Eggs too. Just elimate the milk.

Yes you can. But be sure you beat them before putting then in there. Bet the eggs and put in a cup. Not as good as when you cook them on the stove. If you like omelets, put a pot on the stove with water in it and let it come to a boil. Beat 2 eggs, salt, pepper, cheese and any other item you want in the omelet. Pour it into a quart zip lock. get all the air out and seal. Drop into the boiling water and in 13 minutes you have a delicious omelet

Crack eggs into a microwave safe bowl, scramble with fork. Heat for 15 seconds, remove and rescramble, heat for 15 more seconds, remove and rescramble. Continue until eggs are cooked through. Probably won't take more than 1 minute.

Yes, you have to stir frequently though. Your microwave should have a book that goes with it that tells how long to cook different foods. It's a good idea to check the book since different microwaves have different power levels and some have turntables....Don't cook too long, should be a little wet when you stop, because they will keep cooking for few seconds after removing! :)

Yes! I spray my bowl with Pam to keep the eggs from sticking, then add beaten eggs with a dash of milk and any seasonings you want. Put in microwave and watch closely. Don't overcook or they will be rubbery! Good luck!
