I am in a foreign country and they dont have yeast packages here. the small square ones. They only come in like cups. i have a recipe that says to use an 8 gram yeast package. how many tablespoons are in one? Can someone check please?

I'm making a fancy dinner for my parent's aniversary, so what goes well with steak and spinach pinwheels? Basically its made with steak, spinach, cheese and bacon, all rolled up, and cut into slivers in a way that looks like a pinwheel.

Does anybody have any idea of what to pair with it as far as side dishes and dessert? I just went peach picking today, and was thinking about using some of those, but I'm not sure if that works well with steak.

Assuming that it is bought from new stock at the store, and kept at room temperature (pantry) will it last longer than the date imprinted on the can? Some cans don't have a best by date!

the expiration date isnt till Sept 6th, and its honey turkey, but it feels slimey. Is it suppose to feel like this??? It smells ok, and tastes ok, kinda funny but I think thats because I have honey turkey mixxed with mayo... on a sandwich.. Does anyone know if its bad since its slimey. Lemme know please. thanks

I am having a small dinner party but I'm not the best cook. I would like to make a good meal rather than finger food.
