I'm making a fancy dinner for my parent's aniversary, so what goes well with steak and spinach pinwheels? Basically its made with steak, spinach, cheese and bacon, all rolled up, and cut into slivers in a way that looks like a pinwheel.

Does anybody have any idea of what to pair with it as far as side dishes and dessert? I just went peach picking today, and was thinking about using some of those, but I'm not sure if that works well with steak.

Your pinwheels sound great!

Since they're in season, make a tomato and onion salad.

You could add fresh corn if your family can eat all that. I know this sounds weird, but I microwave mine 2 minutes for each ear...plus an extra minute for each 2 ears. Then they can cool down a little and you shuck them just before you eat them. You can also put them unshucked in the frig if there's any left.

For dessert, since you have wonderful fresh peaches...use them.
Put them into boiling water for 15 seconds, and the skin will slide right off. Slice them into a pretty dish, and cover with vanilla yogurt. Top with a slice of peach! Easy and yummy!

it does sound good, maybe a peach cobbler, and maybe tomatoes and mozzarella sliced and seasoned to your taste.
