Believe it or not I love the breakfast buffet at the Flamingo. The setting near the outdoor waterfalls makes it so you DON'T have to hear and see the casino for once. Nobody beats the Rio though...hands down the best for the price.
My favs are the fresh cut fruits and the prime rib. mmm.

Depends on the buffett.
I like try one of the ethnic foods and usually there is one thing that is really good.
My wife lives for the shrimp.
If you go to the one at the Orleans, everyone takes piles of crafwish and shrimp.
