Please tell me how long raw chicken is good for, and also how long it's good after I've baked it. I bought several pounds because it's a major staple in my diet, but I'm afraid it won't thaw out in time to prepare for lunch/work if I freeze it. Also, please include where you got your information from! I've seen a lot of variations, from 2 days to a week. I like the sound of a week, but I don't want to get sick, either. Thanks a lot.
