This is my granddaughter Brandi's (age 8) favorite recipe. In fact, she told her father that it was her own special food from grandma! Enjoy!

MONKEY BREAD

Bread Ingredients:
1/2 c. pecan pieces
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. cinnamon
4 cans of flaky biscuits

Sauce ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon

Spray a bundt pan with a coating spray. Pour pecans into the pan & set aside. Quarter the biscuits. Mix the 3/4 c. sugar & 3 T. cinnamon together in a sealable freezer bag. Place the biscuit quarters into the freezer bag & shake well. Place the coated biscuits in layers in pan. Then make the sauce. Melt butter with 1 c. sugar & 2 T. cinnamon. Mix together until smooth, then pour over layered biscuits. Bake at 350º for approx. 35 minutes. Invert warm bread onto a plate. Best when served warm.

And the Baboons already take sufficient *jokes* about their butts....they're not smiling, they're exhibiting us *how sharp* their enamel are. o_o Have a good one, and *make tremendous* along with your fellow primates, will you? ^_^
