I love it...my wife makes an *awesome* cheesecake that is really light...it is made out of strawberries (or blueberries), light cream cheese and splenda...yum yum...I might share the recipe if I get any requests :-)

Cheesecake is delicious! My favorite is turtle cheesecake with all its chocolate-y, caramel-y, nutty goodness. Yum!
