1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.) In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with juice, 2 tablespoons melted butter, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
2.Dissolve cornstarch in water, then stir into peach mixture; set aside.
3. In another bowl, combine milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth - mixture will be thin.
4.Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 9x13 inch pan. Pour batter over melted butter. Spoon peaches over batter. Sprinkle top with additional cinnamon and nutmeg.
5.Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Peach Cobbler
8 servings
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
3 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
Preheat the oven to 350ºF
Melt the butter in a 12x7 inch baking dish. In a seperate bowl, mix all other ingredients except the peaches.
Pour mixture over melted butter. Add peaches over top of batter.

Good-'N'-Gooey Peach Cobbler
This is a real Texas peach cobbler with an abundance of juicy fruit and a sweet, biscuit-like batter topping that is crunchy on the surface and doughy inside.
Filling
12-14 ripe peaches, , peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Batter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix together all the filling ingredients.
Set aside.
The filling will be a bit juicier than most pies.
Melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish in the oven.
In another bowl, stir together flour, sugar, and baking powder, and then add the milk.
Mix until lightly blended.
Spoon the mixture evenly over the melted butter.
DO NOT STIR.
Pour the peach filling evenly over batter.
Bake 45 minutes.
Serve warm, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

2 cups self rising flour
2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
1 stick of melted butter
1 large can of sliced peaches in syrup, undrained, about 28 to 32 ounces
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°. Put melted butter in 13 x 9 pan. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk, vanilla extract; stir until blended. Pour batter into pan and top with the peaches. Cover with foil (so the juice doesn't make a mess) then uncover after 15 minutes to brown.
Bake at 350° for a total of 25 to 30 min.
Peach Cobbler
1/2-1 cup butter or margarine (can use salted butter or unsalted butter)
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup self rising flour
1 can sliced peach halves in syrup (light or heavy syrup)
cinnamon sugar
if you would like to make a larger cobbler just double all ingredients.
bake at same temperature.
cook until golden brown.
In a bowl mix, flour,sugar.
milk.
mix ingredients until smooth and no lumps.
put butter or margarine in a 13 x 9 baking dish or pan in a 350*F oven until melted when melted take pan out of oven and pour batter over melted butter or margarine, DO NOT STIR.
pour peaches over batter, DO NOT STIR.
sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top of peaches, DO NOT STIR.
put in a 350*F oven and bake for 30 minutes to one hour or until golden brown.
