I love grilled zucchini and eggplant lightly covered with olive oil. Sliced tomatos. Green beans and onions broiled in the oven together and fresh corn on the cob from the garden.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

And a little *suga-pop* for dessert never hurt anybody

I have been on a diet that helped me go down 2 pants sizes in the first 3 weeks. Basically, you avoid excess salt and fat, and ensure no meal goes over 30 carbs. Some great meals are: beef stew (beef chuck, peas, carrots, and stew seasoning from the store), chicken casserole (cream of chicken soup, small pieces of chicken, carrots, peas, broccoli, milk, margarine, and pepper), broccoli beef (beef chuck, broccoli, margarine, and seasoning from the store), and healthy fajitas (beef chuck or chicken, low carb tortillas, yellow pepper, grilled onions, and salsa)

Check out 30 minute meals on Food Network. Rachelle uses everything in moderation and tries to use the healthiest ingredients she can. She also make the recipes versatile so that you can substitute with fat free things like cheese, sour cream, etc.

try switching pasta (any type) from the regular kind to whole grain. it gives you meal a healthier taste! put a bit of spices, and olive oil (only a little bit!) in the bottom of a pan. sautee some veggies and put them over whole grain pasta. i love mozzarella with tomatoes piled. slice up fresh mozzarella and nice ripe tomatoes (the larger the better!). take about three tomato slices, and three mozzarella slices. pile them on your plate, top it with a bit of olive oil (again only a little!) and if you want to give it more taste, a little bit of balsamic vinegar. top it off with some basil (growing it at home makes it taste 100 times better!). it is healthy and definitely fills you up! even cook up some salmon in a pan. top it with a bit of lemon and a side of brown rice! enjoy!
