Keep eating it. Sushi is good for you! It has a good ratio of protein to carbs and fish is very lean and has lots of nutrients. Some people make brown rice sushi which is even better for you. A sushi diet may be tough on your wallet though.

Sushi is fine. Can you make it brown rice? Anyway, just make sure all the toppings give you the vitamins, fiber, and other nutrients that you need. You'll need a wide variety of toppings.

As long as it is the kind without raw fish - enjoy yourself. If I eat like this, I quickly get so tired of it that I refuse to eat it again for years. So - you should get sick of it soon.
