I have friends coming to stay tomorrow, and they have a six year old daughter who is a plain eater.

I want to cook something which is tasty, interesting, but won't put a six year old off.....Or something which can easily be adapted for everyone.

Any ideas

I can make mac & cheese and grilled cheese, but I'm out of shape and have a busy schedule and am on a budget. What things can I buy at say walmart, fix within 30 minutes, or fix and pack in my lunch for work, and live healthy. Fatty foods are just so much cheaper and convient, but Im ready to make a change. Someone please help...

My girlfriend likes chewing gums. She was chewing two gums together while accidentally swallowed them. She put her hand on the buttom of the throat and it was gone . . . the big gum slided down her throat and went down. She told me that she can feel itsomewhere in the chest but after a few seconds she couldn't feel the gum anymore . . . it disappeared . . . my girlfriend smiled and told me that it isn't dangerous and added that "I will easily digest it while we are talking, it is already in my stomach and soon I will dissolve it" But I am scared, I don't know what will happen to gum . . .is my girlfriend right? Will she easily digest the chewing gum?

We used to live in FL and hubby being a big hot wings fan, he got his fix at the Ale House (http://www.alehouseinc.com/ ) on a regular basis. Since we moved to AZ, he "can't find the good stuff" anymore.

Most commercial sauces have too much vinegar, are too weak, too sweet etc. Any suggestions or a commercial sauce I could buy, doctor up or how to make our own? Thanks!!
