How do you know if meat has gone bad?

There's a steak in my fridge, it was slightly browning, and has a salty sorta smell... Im not sure if its ok to eat, I cooked it well

I would like spike my fruitbars :)
however, i just fully understood by trial and error that even if you try to refreze alcohol mixed with other contents it just won't freeze solid again.

so, we enden up having spiked smoothies after all was said and done.............and laughed at!

However, I know that it can be done and it must be done. Just think of what a great sunny-bbq-summer-day treat it would end up being!

any advice to this major dilemma?

I've come to a conclusion that someone I love very much has a slight alcoholic disorder. Any ways to help?

I would say he drinks, on average, 3 drinks a day. Sometimes he doesn't drink at all- other times he binges on a night out with the buddies. I'd like to find a way to break his habit, but, as they say..."old habits die hard"

Homemade Garlic Bread?

Can you pass me along some recipes for homemade garlic bread? Thanks!

PS. I think I remember my uncle making garlic bread with ricotta cheese before that came out really good. Am I remembering correctly? In some ways it sounds like it could be good, but I really don't know.

ANY recipes would be greatly appreciated though!
