You could bake it or cook it on a grill pan- You don't need to add any oil or anything, Just spray the pan you cook it in so it doesn't stick. Cook it until the juices run clear. For boneless chicken about half an hour, with bones 45 min. to an hour at about 350 degrees.

I usually cook mine on an indoor grill. I baste with the marinade. I just use a little olive oil on the grill and then cook for around 5-10 minutes per side. I then place in a caserrole dish or dish covered with foil ,then put in an oven at 200 degrees until we are ready to eat. This temp will keep it warm but will not cook and dry it out.

You could grill it or bake it. You can bake the chicken at 350 for 45min to 1hr. You don't have to add oil. Also, you could use a grill pan, add a little oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Grill for about 12 min. on each side until done. Anytime you marinade overnight the flavor in the meat is fantastic! Enjoy your meal!

Go ahead and just bake it. No oil necessary. Just place in a bake pan at 350. Every oven is different....and depending on the style cut of your chicken bake times will differ. If you have any cook books around they will offer good info on cook times as well as googling 'cook times' online.

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in casserole dish that's been sprayed w/ non-stick spray (like Pam). Bake for 18 minutes, take dish out, turn chicken over, bake for 15 more minutes. Bon Appetit!

Do not add oil or anything else to it or it would just be too greasy. If you have a slow cooker (crockpot) that would be a good way. If not, baking it at around 375 for about an hour would be good too. What time should I come over?
