definite I attempt this. i take advantage of quart freezer style zip-lock baggies and freeze one smoothie fairly worth of blended fruit in a flat spread out layout. I then can take out of the freezer one serving at a time and set it on the counter to thaw fairly after I awaken. I then do my morning workout and bathe and through that factor (round 40 5 minutes) the frozen fruit has began to thaw superb making it uncomplicated to make my smoothie. I then rinse the baggie and carry close it the incorrect way up to dry and reuse it back for the subsequent batch of smoothie fruit I freeze.
