i was wanting to take the pastry and baking courses but i want to know if anybody has had any personal experience with these schools and if its worth the money. i also want to know the cost of tuition, it doesnt say on there web site.

I heard it is a pretty good school. I would call them for more information

My husband was trained at le cordon bleu culinaire de Strasbourg, surely not the same one you are speaking of, but les bleues are the best schools for training to be a chef.
