Think of Balsamic Vinegar as Whisky or Cognac. it is not a vinegar at all and the price of a good bottle may reach 300$ !!! (25 Years Tradizionale).
Having said that I would ask you, do you need to put Whisky in the fridge after you open the bottle?
Now, the answer to your question is, No you don't!
even if it is a 300$ bottle..you just need to appreciate it and use it in a recipe that lift its taste up !

Just tell me if the stuff needs to be refrigerated or NOT!!
