i can't eat alot, but i need to gain weight cause i am under weight?

if i eat too much i will get sick and throw up. my tummies usally full after i eat like one poptart. people say i am a health freak but it is not that, it is just some foods make me alittle too sick. how can i gain weight without stuffing myself with food? Yesterday i was eating popcorn and i hardly ate half and my cousin are like the whole thing for me after he ate another bowl of it. I am like how can people eat this much. so here is another question why do people like the junk food and stuff? i love sweets, which is basically junk food.

i ate too much, what should i do?

i just got finished eating my breakfest and now i feel sick. i promised my mother i would eat it all so i did, so that is what i did. I had Strawberry Poptarts from the toster, Pretzels, a couple of grapes, and a coffee cup of orange juice. i fixed my own breakfest so yeah. what shoould i do to make the sickness go away?

I'd like to have a book with a diverse selection of recipes, (IN ENGLISH!) preferably some nice photographs, neatly explained recipes...
I was in Vietnam last year, and lost weight in spite of being inactive most of the time... And the food was delicious!
