This recipie is called Taco Bake... My mom makes it every year for my birth day. It's the best.
You start with pilsbery corn meal biskets and arrange them into a glass pan. (As a crust)
Then you fry up ground meat or chicken. Once the meat is done add in a packet of taco seasoning.
Place the meat over the biskets.
Next you pour over a jar of salsa.
Also place freash cut green pepers, onions, olives and tomatoes.
Bake in the oven with aluminum foil over it for approximately 35 - 40 minutes.
After that check the bottom of the pan to make sure the biskets are done. (They should be a golden brown)
Lastly place mexican mix cheese on top of it all.
Place back into the oven for 5-10 more minutes. DO NOT recover with aluminum foil.
It is the best taco I have ever ate.

Yes. It's call Old El Paso. Comes in a box, less than 20 minutes of actual cooking time. After working and going to school both full time, a 15 minute meal is delicious.

try double decker tacos. heat a soft taco a little bit, smear some refried beans over it like glue and affix it to the outside of a hard taco shell. Then, filll as you normally would.

Try "tinga" its great. You boil two chicken breasts, then you shred it into little pieces. Put in your blender the following:
Four roma tomatoes or a small can of chopped tomatoes
clove of garlic
a little bit of onion, like a 1 inch section
teaspoon of cumin (if you have it)
two chipotle peppers (mild) three or four (hot)
Chipotle comes in a can and has a red sauce with it, it has a smoked flavor and is delish, but very spicy.
blend until smooth.
Put it in a pot with the shreded chicken and some sliced onions and boil for about 15 minutes on medium.
for two to four people, depending. ( I usually use one chicken breast, two tomatoes and two chipotle peppers per person, but we like it spicy)
It's great in tacos, burritos, or on tostadas with lettuce and cheese.

I make this quite often. If you have sauce left over, just freeze it for next time.
Carne Asada Tacos
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin, cut into thin bite-size slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
crushed red pepper to taste
1 lime
1 (28 ounce) can tomatillos
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
4 tablespoons canola oil, divided
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lemon
DIRECTIONS:
Place sliced meat into a shallow bowl, and season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Squeeze the lime juice over the meat, and turn until evenly coated. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a blender or food processor, combine tomatillo and jalapeno. Puree for 15 to 20 seconds, or until thick. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Carefully pour in tomatillo mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Stir in beef broth. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until mixture coats a spoon. Transfer mixture to a serving dish.
Heat tablespoon oil in a large skillet over high heat. Stir in 1/3 of the beef, and saute for 1 minute. Transfer to serving dish. Repeat with remaining beef. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in the oven or microwave, according to package instructions.
To serve, place two tortillas on top of each other. Add desired amount of meat, spoon over some tomatillo mixture. Top with onions, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro. Garnish with a wedge of lemon, to be squeezed over taco before eating.
Good luck and good eating
